Ghibli Art Videos Part 1 : Works by Non Japanese Artists

Studio Ghibli’s animation films are very celebrated here in Japan. I hear that Ghibli has many overseas fans too.

The works that are famous in other countries might be “My Neighbor Totoro,” “Spirited Away,” “Castle in the Sky,” “Kiki’s Delivery Service,” “Princess Mononoke,” and “Ponyo.” (Wiki: Studio Ghibli)

The beautiful graphic, detailed back ground, profound stories are characteristics of Ghibli works.

Today, I want to share the videos of Ghibli inspired paintings and drawing by non-Japanese people.

This man painted Totoro in his daughter’s room. Nice color! His daughter must be really happy. 😛

Making of Ghibli mural and mobile. You want to be surrounded by Ghibli? It’s beautiful!

A man is painting a scene from Laputa: Castle in the Sky. It looks like a real cel from the movie. He should frame it (^_^)

Taking five and a half hours, this man drew characters from Porco Rosso. I want to give a good hand to him.

All the artists are talented! And must be big Ghibli fans, otherwise they wouldn’t paint Ghibli on their walls or spend hours to draw the characters.

We have some Ghibli character items at our ebay store. If you are interested, please visit us.
