The festival is held at Kamotsuba Shrine in Gose city.
The festival floats with 10 hanging Japanese pampas paper lanterns are carried out
from Katsuragi park to Kamotsuba Shurine in Gose city.
The moon was breaking through the clouds after the rain when Miki took the picture.
