Osaifu-Keitai (cell phone)
Osaifu-Keitai literally means “wallet cell phone”, which are used as prepaid electronic cash, train or bus tickets, house keys, members’ cards, and so on.
It’s very convenient!!
Since it was born in 2004, it has been popular and gaining more users.
To use Osaifu-Keitai, the user has to charge it first but it can be done through the cell phone.
To shop with Osaifu-Keitai is even easier; only the user need to do is hold it over the special scan-machine.
The user can also take trains with the cell phone by doing the same thing at the gate.
The balances and the payment records can be checked on the cell phone as well.
