This is another post from my favorite Japanese website.
It is about a temple in Kyoto.
Otagi Nenbutsu-ji, a temple that silently stands in Sagatoriimoto, Kyoto.
The site is filled with an inexpressible atmosphere.
Is that because two-head high stone figures like ningyo-yaki (doll shaped cake) crowd on the ground?
What impressed the blogger was that there were foreign visitors
more than Japanese visitors, for some reason.
Well… Kyoto has many temples but I didn’t know the town had such unique temple.
If you visit Kyoto, why don’t you check this place out?
