I have to share this strange painting I found in another Japanese blog.

It’s a small doctor’s office on a residential street…

There is a strange painting in front of the entrance…

The right one seems Mickey Mouse.
The left one is… like a Hokusai Katsushika’s painting.

Anyway, ordinary people can’t understand this kind of combination.

It’s probably painted by the doctor?

Since it’s a combination of western thing and eastern thing, this office maybe has lots of foreign patients.

…No way LOL.
