Thrill Rides Against the Back Ground of Mt. Fuji

Previously, JAPAN Style introduced the Japanese “4th dimension” roller coaster, Eejanaika (to see the article, click here) in Fuji-Q Highland, which is located near the foot of Mt. Fuji.

In the amusement park, there are more thrill rides such as this…

It’s called Dodonpa.

As you can see, it has 90 degree drop and a launch speed of 172 km/h, which is reached in 1.8 seconds.

On this 52 meters tall ride, passengers can see beautiful Mt. Fuji but who can enjoy the view right before the 90 degrees drop??

But there are actually 97 degree drop roller coasters in the world! (Have you ridden one?)

A popular ride in the Fuji-Q is FUJIYAMA, once world’s tallest, fastest and longest drop roller coaster in 90’s.

It doesn’t look so bad, does it?

At Fuji-Q Highland, not only these thrill rides but also other Japanese themed unique rides attract the guests at all ages.
