Get Free Ticket for “Tofu Fair 2011” in Tokyo

If you are a tofu lover living in Tokyo area, there is a place for you to go this weekend.

National Tofu Aburaage Commerce Association and other five tofu relating groups present “Tofu Fair 2011” on March 12 and 13, at Tokyo Big Sight.

The promoters’ objective is to promote tofu and relating products including fried tofu refuse “Gyoda jelly fry,” “tofu doughnut,” and tofu made from Koitozairai, which is soybean native to Kimitsu city in Chiba Prefecture native.

Not only classic tofu dishes, there will also be sweets made from tofu and tofu refuse made by young tofu chefs and college students.

During the fair, various fun activities will take place such as new tofu recipe tasting meeting, tofu making work shop, cooking demonstration by a gastronomic specialist, Yoshiko Tatsumi.
