Japanese Oden + Densha (tram)!

Let me introduce a blog post from a familiar Japanese entertainment blog.

First of all, let me explain about the title. Oden is a Japanese pot dish and tram is called ‘densha’ in Japanese, so this is a play on words linking oDEN and DENsha.

Now, please take a look at the picture.

This is taken in front of Toyohashi station in [W:Aichi].
The blogger has found a very flashy tram.
There is a sign written in Hiragana character; ‘Odensha’ on the side.

This is a tram, ‘Odensha’, specialized for eating oden dish on the tram.
The tram body is very flashy. LoL

It is awesome! I have never heard a tram that you can eat oden dish! 😯

I searched a website out of curiosity and found a video.

Let me explain what it says on the video in English briefly. The tram leaves Toyohashi station and circle around the town for 1 hour. A bento lunch box, a cup of oden and a beer come along with the ticket if you make a reservation for the tour.

By seeing the video, it seems like everyone is having fun. I would like to take the tour, too! ^_^
