Edo Wonderland Nikko is an Edo Period (1603 to 1868) themed park located in Nikko which is about 120km North of Tokyo.

In the park, the constructions are all designed in Edo style; with additional fee, you can dress like them too, even in a Ninja costume!!

The theaters are showing traditional Japanese performing arts, Ninja show, historical play, and so on.

Besides the theaters, a ninja trick house, a maze, museums, Japanese restaurants, and souvenir stores are in the park.

They offer “Fun and Learning Culture Tour” which gives the guest an opportunity to experience old Japan by watching plays, creating toys, and learning at a traditional school called “terakoya” in a costume.
