B-LABO: Original Eraser Maker

– What’s B-LABO? Who’s Bungu-o? –

The product I would like to introduce from B-LABO today is not a stationery, but a toy. This is an original eraser maker called “Ori-keshi”. Let’s see how it works!

stationery

Can you see many the kawaii (cute) erasers on the package?
Girls will enjoy this toy.

Many small things emerge from the box.

The eraser maker itself, some patterns, a pincette, and colorful small pieces of erasers.
Looks like fun!

This is the eraser maker which is similar to a tiny waffle maker.

If you want to use a kawaii pattern, set it on the device like this
and place the same color erasers on the pattern one by one.

These are the boards of the eraser material.
Before using, you have to separate each small piece.

Now, let’s start making an eraser! We won’t be using the included pattern this time.

It seems a little difficult to place these tiny pieces of eraser in the proper place.

Arrange all the eraser pieces without any gaps.

Add some water and get the pieces a little wet.

Put it in the microwave and heat it up for 60 seconds.
Microwave!? That’s amazing!

Cool it down in some cold water for a few minutes.

Take the now solid eraser out of the device.

Ta-daa! It’s done.

You know what pattern this is? It is a Japanese kanji letter “消” which means “to erase”. Maybe you can’t recognize it, though (^^;
