Went on the market three months ago, a handy canned-beer server “Beer Hour” from Takara Tomy Arts won popularity among beer lovers in Japan.
The server is equipped “foaming wing,” which helps to pour perfect beer with creamy foam on top just like the beer served at bars.
The cans that fit this server are any Japanese canned beer (Kirin, Asahi, Sapporo, and Suntory) holding 350ml or 500ml and any non Japanese canned beer that have diameter of 56 to 59mm.
It is very simple to use. Set a can and pour beer into a glass, and then pull the foam lever to release some foam.
“Beer Hour”
Beer Hour is battery operated (one AA). It’s 1995 yen (US$26) and sold at toy stores, variety stores, volume seller, and household utensils stores in Japan.
Within only one moth after the release, the company got a hundred thousands orders while they planned to sell two hundred thousands a year.
Since it is small, it’s perfect to carry outdoor party or camping.
