It is literally a thrilling chair.

First look at this picture.

It is a windmill at a wind farm.
But look at it closer, something is on the top.

Yes, it is nothing but a chair!
The view from there will be great but you need a lot of guts to sit there.

How can you get there? Is the tube hollow and does it have ladder or something?

I feel dizzy just imagine sitting there (sweat).
