A service called Miyutate no shiki (the service to purify the site and those who attended by sprinkling hot water with springs of bamboo.)
was held at Kasugataisha or Kasuga grand shrine.
But it seems Miki, the photographer struggled to release the shutter as it was too dark.
Taken is Kasugawakamiya On-matsuri festival.
