God enshrined in Tatsuta Grand Shrine is a god of wind.
Chief priest of the shrine prayed to the god in front of firework
in the end of this dedicatory event.
Taken is Fuchin Taisai (festival for appeasing anger of the god of wind)
at Tatsuta Grand Shrine, Nara.
