The flower on this lady’s kimono belt can be Hibiscus? 
Miki, the photographer found this belt very beautiful (she just loved it…^^).  
There is a steam bath, which is believed to be used by Empress Komyo to wash 1000 people. 
Taken on the day when Renge-e Service was held at Hokke-ji Temple.
