Appeared last month on YouTube, this indie animation video has received high praise from the viewers.

It is a music video for an indie song “Korekuraide Utau (Sing in my own way)” by Handsome Kenya.

Once you play the video, you will sense that it was not made by just a random creator!

No wonder why because a Japanese professional visual/animation creator, Kousuke Sugimoto made the video!

He has won many computer graphic related awards and worked with professional musicians and TV productions. He is friend with Handsome Kanya and made this video independently.

The animation is really amazing. The composition, the use of textures, and the tempo, everything matches with the song. You can tell that the creator sought perfection; in the video, the character sings the song to himself, and his mouth exactly moves along with the words.

Not only does the video successfully represent the lyrics (below), it also makes the music stronger.
