A Japanese variety TV show, “Trivia no Izumi (The Fountain of Trivia)” researched how many mongrel dogs out of 100, try to save its owner when the owner is attacked by a bear.

Each pair of a dog and its owner walk the same route they usually take.

On the way, a bear, which is actually a police dog trainer in an actual bear smell attached stuffed-animal suit attacks the owner.

The researchers counted how many dogs try to fight back in 10 minutes.

Contrary to the owners’ hopes, most dogs ran away or just stared at the scene from a distance wondering what they were doing; however, there are three brave dogs which saved their owners.
