For those who want cats but can’t have cats, there are “neko cafe (cat cafe)” where some cats are freed so that the customers can play with them while they are chilling out (^_^)

It’s like a petting zoo with cats and coffee.

Some neko cafes serve food or alcohol too.

At a neko cafe, admission fee is required.

The fee system is varied but usually costs about 1,000 yen (=approx. US$10) or more per hour.

Most neko cafes exist in large cities because there are more people who can’t have pets live there.

A few neko cafes open 24 hours by changing the cats, so the people can visit there after work.

This is JAPAN Style!
